ime discretion has to be forcefully removed from the mind of the newborn.
i think it is not so much the common man but those who insist on treating them as common.

you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

My next plug-in is really useful, and fun.
Any questions?
Or do I need to advertise it in the way the magazines do?
And did Korg have a thirty year contract with the back cover of SOS?

The "we think their stuff A is pretty good, which is why we're especially proud of our stuff B" really is insidious though, and one of the most effective approaches in the bag I imagine.

On most magazines, ads will be booked annually. Those who have paid for a series of ads in premium position will normally get first refusal for the same position the following year.quikquak wrote:And did Korg have a thirty year contract with the back cover of SOS?

I have to say, I agree with this.MackTuesday wrote:I have something to add:

As a user.
I must admit.
I don't read the developers website, and just look for the demo download.
If I read about the product, it's from users on KVR.
I'll check a demo, or mp3 demo tunes out.
That's it.
So essentially, I block out any ad slogan bs right from the start, and go to the demo, where the real ad is.
It must say Mac compatible or it doesn't get anywhere.
Only cuz my pc is junk right now...need a new one.

Yes, EQ22 truly is a perfectly pitched pastiche of EQ. Or just my favourite fx type EQ evar! (honestly)duncanparsons wrote:Pastiche...? What are you saying?robenestobenz wrote:I liked your EQ pastiche Duncan, hit the tone perfectly!
[I first typed 'Pashitche' which actually seemed far more entertaining, but didn't wuite match the intended tone of response..]

My band opened for those guys twice in Toronto back when they were The Wild Bunch. Late 90s. Gay Bar was already part of their set.aciddose wrote:gaybar is cooler, it has a catchy hook. i don't like the hook in synthesizer.
also, i've gotten gaybar played on multiple college radios. you just email them the mp3 and they only listen to the first few seconds, which sounds like a catchy college rock guitar riff. then it's on the air.
then the first verse kicks in: YOU!
(I love Synthesizer BTW. Ooooooh-weeeeee-oooooh!)

Actually the skinny guy isn't really in the band. He's awesome in this video though. Here's the real singer/writer ("Dick Valentine") in all his naked glory...robenestobenz wrote:Oh dear. I need to hire someone to write the code while I can keep an eye on you!
"You can't ignore my techno!"
Is it any more excusable if I pin it on the brilliant haughtiness of the skinny guy's strut?
(The gerbil kills me!)
I saw them tour this record at Lee's Palace in Toronto. He took his clothes off on stage.

Fail. Not possible to conduct fair business in everyone's eyes. Someone will always hate you for your success, and they'll always try to make you look bad. Spite always succeeds one way or the other - if you keep calm, they win. If you defend yourself, they throw more spite.
It's too draining to deal with this, I'm sick of it (literally).
