OK, I think I figured out what I did wrong - basically, I didn't see the share track button at the bottom of the page, nor the email address box, nor the accept terms of use thing, nor anything else, apparently. Damn, I'm good at these things...

Post

Edit: I've finally made it, after like 37 tries, fanculo. Sorry for messing up the thread... :(

Nice video Mick. Still don't know how people cope with trackers tho..

..And as soon as it's up and you listen to it there, all sorts of things that you didn't pick up before reveal themselves, isn't it? But good to see you entered again. :)

And sexy, don't forget sexy.

(pretty scary when you submit a track, ain't it? :o )

Piano roll makes everything take 50 times as long for me. I am a poor keyboarder so recording is nearly out of the question. Trackers look quite technical, but are quite easy once you spend a few days familiarizing yourself with the controls.

In fact, I find the KVR forum a bigger challenge than a tracker :P

It could've been more, actually, it was the classic story of "doing something for the contest, realizing it's a pile of shit, giving up the whole thing, having a random moment of inspiration that turns into something decent, and posting it" :hihi:

But yea, I do have to ignore some emotional barriers for this, if I pretend they-re not there, maybe they'll just go away :)

Sometimes, as i'm posting an OSC entry, i'm thinking along the lines of, 'compared to the other entries, mine's going to sound like a little kid goofing around.'

On the other hand, i've always enjoyed listening to all of the other pieces in a given contest, so... the more the merrier!

fixed that for you :hihi:

:D :hihi: Actually, I'm kind of fond of those, it's really bills that bother me, so if you have a way to make those disappear, please do let me know

I'm again having good times uploading to Soundcloud :( I guess another 5-6 uploads in different format are required before SC will finally 'like' my file...
