Well, in the broadest sense, yes. But it's not the answer I was looking for. Besides, I'm not sure if my last clue could be included if that was the answer (not a hint, just my opinion

).

Apparently some bint from a UK girl band also fits in to this category...along with about twenty-five other lesser-known acts.

Correct!

All have released tracks called, simply, "Heaven". I can only recommend the first four mentioned, though. You'll have to take your chances with Bryan Adams and Cheryl Cole...

Ah, that's what threw me - I was thinking of Rush as Canada's biggest export and trying to match them up with the first ones. Thought that maybe there was a Rush track called Heaven I didn't know about and threw it out there.

Will put something together soon.

Yes, each one from group 1 matches one from group 2. There's a specific link for each pair. The type of link is the same for all of them but the specifics differ for each.
