Just a little update: Im working very hard on the new gui, Im doing things that are tricky but its getting there. I also need to finish my new site first where I can have info on the synth, because I cant edit my site coz my flash files were on my laptop which was stolen. And after that I learned a new word: BACKUP!
Im aiming for a January release btw.

If that happens, ask Limeflavour and maybe he can help out with the gui so it's nothing like the JP.justin3am wrote:I honestly don't know the details but I seem to remember D16 Group changing the GUI for Phoscyon after being approached by Roland.

Again, I have no idea if there is legal grounds for Roland to ask someone to change their GUI but they have been successful in doing so in the past.
Here's one of my favs, just to show an example of his work:

Yeh its coming along. Im doing some graphical things that are tricky and it crahes on my xp but not on win 7. So I have to strip it down and fins the root of the problem. Also, the orginal supersaw was mono, but do you guys want stereo spread on them? If yes, then I have to multiply the filters by two and the whole shebang, so its one seperate signal for left and right so I dunno how much it will affect cpu

First do what is easier to do and leave all extra bells and whistles for later versions.adamtrance wrote:Yeh its coming along. Don't worry about CPU, worry about the sound.

I must say NO to this type of GUI,i would like to see something which looks like a photo of actual hardware, not some drawings of knobs, theres too many of those types of GUIs.If that happens, ask Limeflavour and maybe he can help out with the gui so it's nothing like the JP.

Adam, can you not divide the signal and fake stereo. I've done this with a mono signal, even put it on a panner and it worked great.
