Suggestion: Notes on Sessions/Subs

Can you implement a little feature that will allow you to save some notes on each sub-session? Using this tool for song-writing in addition to live use, and notes on different patches used in different scenarios would be nice, also some settings in certain plugins dont save in a program or bank (ex: EZdrummer's groove selection)

You mean text notes?
There is a plugin called VSTnotes that probably does what you need.

This will come close, I think. THANKS! I should have thought that there would be some useful non-musical VSTplugins available.TiUser wrote:You mean text notes?

Ultimately, would be nice to have those notes displayed on the status tab of each sub-session, but I'll probably get by just fine with this.
Cheers!

I think the status panels should not show very long messages as this probably might become quite messy and crowded...
However, if you have Performer version you can use triggers to start any application program with any parameters you wish. This is very powerful and can do some fancy tricks if you wish.
There is also the tools button in the home ribbon where you can access some apps you're using with Cantabile on a more global level like a scoring program or similar things.
