Currently no updates planned on jsComp, so nothing on that side. Also, I haven't gotten around to doing anywith with jsCompShaper either due to too much work and parties

Thank you very much for that nice plugin: I just tested it on a percussive ambient Loop and it worked perfectly. Will be first choice for things like that.
By the way: I would very much prefer a filled GR-bargraph instead of a wandering line. So at least we are two now
The reason is simple: I am shortsighted and often watch the GR for a longer time to get a feeling for the right amount of compression needed.

Just if you would like to know, your plugin is using a very similar name than a very old plugin, one of the firsts i believe, from Jerome Schmidt:

Well, first, I think there shouldn't be any problems, as those vsts are truly ancient, secondly, mine is called jsComp and his JS Compresseur, so yeah, somewhat similar, but only because we both used our initials and the function of the plugin for naming, and not that similar anyways.marce wrote:Just if you would like to know, your plugin is using a very similar name than a very old plugin, one of the firsts i believe, from Jerome Schmidt:

Thanks for sharing! I really like JScomp: it is one of the 10 free compressors always residing in my folder...it really works well, it is flexible and also has a lovely GUI
I was unaware of your other plug-ins, I'll give 'em a spin.

I think you will like jsCompShaper, it does quite a few things no other compressor does.I was unaware of your other plug-ins, I'll give 'em a spin.
On a more general note: I saw in my logs, that some people got 404 errors, because their browsers/downloaders apparently ignore case in urls. Was that a problem for anyone around here? Will have to check again, maybe those were just bots or something anyways.
