Well I'm sure I don't know. It's old. I originally sketched it out in the middle 80s, and made a halfways decent recording in the early 90s. This recording is from the middle noughties.

It was inspired by seeing a very delicate hand-made glass model of a sailing ship.

Lovely tune. Luscious when the synth pad makes it's entrance..and enjoy that little synthy counter melody toward the end. Thanks for sharing it!

Very nice, it has a bit of sea-chantey appeal, and combined with the bell-like lead synth makes the song's title very appropriate. There's a certain music hall whimsy to it that made me smile.

This is undoubtly straight from the Folderol-zone in terms of choice of sounds, and arrangement, I could have guess it right 100% in a blind listening session.
Very nice, soft, laid-back vibe, it makes everything looks like painted in a shiny, happy colour.
Nice tune.

That chromaticy thing is one of the patches in my home-brew collection for ZynAddSubFX. It's called Ethereal and I have to be careful not to over-use it. Apart from anything else it also makes a great synth bass instrument

Rather unusually, all the 'percussion' is also from Zyn

Cool. I've been hunting more of your tunes down a bit after listening to your other tunes you posted todays - and glad I did!

This really reminds of the "golden era" themes from the movies. Fits well with a commedy ala Mancini cross Montovani style. Thanks to you!

This does have a sort of warped innocence sound to it, like something from a long time ago in Coney Island when you might well die because of riding on a rusted out roller coaster or a ferris wheel gone wrong.

And that is meant as a compliment.
