Yeah, the current version uses insane cpu. It's not optimised at all, it's a microprocessor nightmare.

As for ACE/Tyrell overlap, there are considerable differences, not just in routing options but also in sound. The filters in Tyrell are completely different, but I'm contemplating to add something similar to ACE as well (watch tweaks page after next major update)

The Not-A-Synth-Bug in Cubase/Fruity is fixed.

The high cpu usage is expected, and it's unfortuantely much, much worse on Windows, probably due to compiler differences. It'll be completely different when it goes beta and gets optimised.

What is Strabe? Maybe street?

I think these little synth can becoming a freeware classic,like Synth1,but for now I prefer waithing for a more stable release,on my quadcore it sucks 85% cpu

Anyway it's a relly good job

I'm experiencing a gui display problem with the vst version (I tried it in cubase studio 4 and deckadance with the same result), the rightmost part of the gui is cutted of, while I get a blank part at the bottom. Here's a screenshot:

The au version in Garaband '08 shows up fine.
