Google finds some stuff:

etc

From a quick glance it seems to be a stripped-down C-like scripting language. Probably easy enough to get into with experience in any language with a C-style syntax (C, C++, java, javascript, yadda yadda)

Why?
Because I'm a customer in 2011 who doesn't like having to use j bridge or rely on the bridge in cubase, you will find that instead of updating their existing range to 64bit some developers are keeping the ball rolling by bringing out new products and drumming :) up new business ala Bitspeak !!

You want to look at small companies who work with their customers needs Voxengo and Melda; I haven't installed Micro since I went 64bit, some might say well sell it then but I won't because I think its a great plug in and errr you can't anyway

How strange, I've just downloaded version 3 and when I try to register it says my info (name, email or serial number) is incorrect and can't register. Really weird, since I'm a Microtonic legal customer since 2005 and I've just actually copied the required info from my activation email...and actually, Sonic Charge web asks for the same data in order to login and I can login with no problems...just sent Sonic Charge and email, I want my Microtonic 3, I deserve it!!!!! ;)

glasgene: don't you just love how stupid we are for finding 64 bit important, and how smug and snarky people like teksonik act towards us for even mentioning that some of these 32 bit programs don't work well at all with jBridge. earlier in this thread (about 4 pages ago) i said that i have jBridge and it makes the functionality of Microtonic and Synplant lesser than what they should be. so what happens next? i am told by the next poster to just use jBridge. it seems that there will probably be a bunch of people on this forum that will still be using Windows XP 25 years from now because they will see no reason to ever switch, because only stupid gullible people like me are dumb enough to buy into the false propaganda regarding x64. and i just want to be clear that i am not talking about everybody that uses 32 bit, merely the few out there that openly attack people for it, in their smug and snarky fashion.

Bitspeek, thats a no brainer :)

As for Microtonic, was hoping it would be more like the Maelstrom synth in reason, with creation options, so more pattern based options make it a no thanks from me. Which is a shame as I was hoping for so much more.
Don't trust those with words of weakness, they are the most aggressive

Another rant , Seems like automating with midi cc's ( especially the pitch ) isn't as accurate as regular automation , seems obvious as midi cc only has 127 steps , but I don't remember having this isse in previous versions ;
And please , magnus , add a feature so we can exclude parameters from morph :)

yep no excuses 64 bit for 2011! still annoyed that they launched this on the eve of 2011 and didn't take 64 bit further but developed something else they can sell .. but f**k it I'll just wait to use it again likewise with a few other dev's I won't mention names but all this small companies and we can only do so much stuff is total poo poo when they find the time to make something else ! said and done

PLEASE NO MORE "32/64 bit USELESS Complaints" on this thread!!!

Never programmed in yadda yadda. Is it an object oriented language? :hihi:
