Another latency report test with Reaper x64.
Reaper x64 shows the correct latency for the 32bit and 64bit plugin version!
Strange, why not Cubase5 x64?
Edit: Solved - press in Cubase "Update VST-Plugin" and "Update Plugin Information" or delete the Cubase database file "Vst2xPlugins.xml"!

I just got this today. My only isue is that, it says demo 1.3 on the front panel, and v 1.0.0 in cubebase 5 plugin information.I downloaded the installer
just a couple days ago,and perchased today. The activation tool said; license
read sucessfully. The demo window did not pop up after activation.
Magnetic just quit working after 30 min.I have both cubase 32 and 64.I authorised with the x64 nomad installer. should authorise with the x32
installer. It says demo in both 64 and 32 bit versions of C5. I also got the sc-226 today , which works fine.
thanks , Bill

Sorry,
the post is a little long.I wanted to provide as much info as possible.
Basicaly, magnetic is still in demo mode, even after successful authozation.
I may have put in the sc 226 SN. when authorizing magnetic.

I wonder if simply going through the procedure again will solve it?bill45 wrote:Sorry,

I'm thinking of doing that, but it will cost me an authorization.
I already got a reply from nomad factory.they said, make sure the license is stored in the right place.I got a zip folder called magx, I think, so I must have used the right SN.

Ah, for some reason I was under the impression that the SN would be repeatable on the same system.
Good that you got the reply from them, they seem to be very fast at getting back to people.

they added DC removal option so it is kinda improved. Plus you can't know what they fix internally.jens wrote:K-Slash wrote:Not really, why ?jens wrote:but moving from x.0 to x.2 already just because of some fixes is a bit odd, isn't it?
Because it gives the impression the plugin has been improved.
IMHO whining about such little things is pretty pointless. No disrespect intended. We all have weird days.

Nevermind. I'm editing my other post. Was just wondering why that particular thing caught your eye vs the mostly helpful and positive postings.kmonkey wrote:What? Public enemy what?

But it's not. D16 Drumazon and Magnetic can't work together because of this DC offset. I have already reported again.kmonkey wrote:they added DC removal option so it is kinda improved. I just bought Magnetic for the $50. I like it a lot. I'm glad I gave it another try. It's definitely one of the better tape sims I've used over the years.
