I have built myself since a while an hta application with multiple pages and tabs as well as frames as an interface to windows explorer folders in which I place shortcuts to each vst I have, not 100% ideal but not bad either but anyway never got through sorting them all by categories, especially fxs, so a big deal of them is under the "unsorted" page, pretty much a work in progress which will perhaps (likely) never be 100% completed. I'll upload the thing if someone is interested, it is rather easily customizable (pages and tabs names and icons as well as frames) through editing the multiple underlying html pages with notepad which can be invoked by right clicking the UI element to be modified, making it more user friendly to customize would have involved learning properly javascript code but I never got around that.

I think I downloaded it from midi-musiker and it contained a text file with an e-dress in it. I'm on wrong computer now, I'll let you know tomorrow.

Well, one of you must have the original with the text file (borg9), I seem to have mislaid it for now. I downloaded from midi-musiker half hour ago but it doesn't have file or link in the "about" box. So you can all mail him and ask when "A Sunday in the Country" comes out, a name I gave him for the his next synth..........but I don't think he's into doing another.

this one?

(i don't have a text file though, and the about box only says...
'You're on your own. Keep saving patches.')

Cool, thanks Bob.

And here is a link to the last (I think) instance of the vapourware list I was maintaining. It's 2 years old but I don't think any of them have been found yet:
