ive been having a blast making my own dubstep "presets" for impact
tonight i will make bass presets using mojito, one thing that would make mojito even better IMHO would be the ability to load waveforms in the oscillator, and of course if they added 1 or 2 more oscillators
(ive also made a FR on the forum)

I've already reported it as a bug to tech support but I will try the forum too - thanks for your helpLawrenceF wrote:You should probably report it there on their forum. It sounds like a bug to me.aMUSEd wrote:and only the latter works which suggests to me there is something wrong with the communication between Studio One midi and audio when using Kore drivers (I do not get that problem in any other host)
There might also be someone there using that device who navigated a similar issue or experienced the bug or anomaly, so asking there would be your best bet.
The login there is the same as your PreSonus "My Software" login.

My initial thoughts on this were that it is very bare bones which considering it's in it's very first incarnation is understandable. I bought the namm deal and have been playing around with it and i must say it was a very nice experience to just record a few guitar parts without any hassle whatsoever and even though theres not much in the way of tools it was a breeze to edit and fix some timing desrepencies. I really want to use my plugins and rewire now though and the only question is do i sell cubase
Edit - oh and the mixer is very nice too!

I'm guessing this NAMM deal is pretty popular. Out of the five things I've attempted to download, only two seem to have completely downloaded. I wish they had listings of file sizes near the downloads so I can compare to what's on my hard drive.
I wonder if this will be able to replace Tracktion for me. (Well, with the upgrade. A DAW without real VST support is like going online just to watch TV.) Tracktion is still my favourite, but Mackie is company I find impossible to respect or trust with it; I have no faith in them at all. Will Presonus be any better?

Surely there must be consensus by now...

Bought this based on things Ive read saying good things about it and the no brainer price. Will play around with it and see if its for me, hoping it will give you a cheaper upgrade to the version 2 pro version when it comes out, and not just version 1 pro edition.

Here is a listing of my factory content folder and the sizes of the packs though some of it may have changed a little since then and some of this may not apply to Artist.pough wrote:I wish they had listings of file sizes near the downloads so I can compare to what's on my hard drive.
Hope that helps. Sorted from largest to smallest and the 3rd party stuff isn't shown there.

Sorry if this has been asked earlier, but where on earth am I to d/l Guitar Rig LE? The NI site only provides a demo of the full Guitar Rig (or so I understood it)

Yeah, and it's a bit of a pain. It needs drag/drop "Assign from this key I dropped on up the keyboard until there are no more samples to assign" functionality for groups of samples like drums. I started building some things in it and just kinda didn't have the patience. Hopefully some of that will be made easier in future versions.S-N-S wrote:EDIT:think i figured it out,its about assigning the root key for the different samples,am i right?
I was going to fill it up with kick samples all across the keyboard, snare samples in another preset, etc, since Impact only has so many pads. It just takes too long (to assign the individual samples) for me though.
OTOH, handy for dragging in a sample to just play it pitched up/down a little.

Is the Artist version available in x64? The Presonus comparo doc says no.
Pro is the only 64 bit version. Fact or Fiction?

The S1 product page says that under OSX, the artist version is also 64 bits (OS X Snow Leopard 64-bit version, 1.6 feature) whereas for the windows version, you must upgrate to the pro version.mandolarian wrote:Pro is the only 64 bit version. Fact or Fiction?
