Do you know if the Presonus patches are from the full Kore 2 software? If so, I don't need to install them, but it they are different, why not, eh?

They are mostly a selection from different Kore packs, I don't think they are included in the Kore 2 library.

Can someone explain how to route MIDI track to trigger outboard hardware? Can't figure out even after reading the help

If you've set it all up in midi and selected the port on your midi track make sure monitoring is enabled. You need to create an audio track and enable monitoring to receive audio from the hardware as well.

Anyone else having crashing issues with the Presonus Sounds in Kore Player. Most of them work but there are a few that crash Studio One, Ableton 8, Logic 9 and the Kore standalone.

Up to now I was not able to show up the kore and guitar rig content. Not in the instrument nor in the effect section. I searched the forum and the manual. I set locations, Studio one seems to start the scan of the locations but does not show the intruments or effects. Did you find a simple way how to show e.G the Kore Player with the Presonos sounds in Studio One.

Make a folder named "vstplugins" inside the "Studio One" folder and put the plugins there.

Why would they do that? I mean, apart from the mastering suite... what would be different in the versions if they allowed plugins in artist? It would just be silly, not many people would buy Pro if Artist allowed plugins!

I like the guys 'style', and as I am most likely getting the upgrade I think it wise to use some of that "savings" on these vids, to get up-to-speed, even though I have found Studio One to be extremely intuitive thus far.

Perhaps there should be a new version that sits in between Pro and Artist that includes vst's ?

Hopefully priced at a Reaper,Energy-XT,etc, price point ?

I think it is asking too much of them to include vst's in a sequencer that only cost $20:11.

I can see why they did it though,it is very easy to get hooked on the superb work-flow.

Artist Studio cost around $ 250.00 normally, thats why I think it should include vst capability.

You should probably report it there on their forum. It sounds like a bug to me.

There might also be someone there using that device who navigated a similar issue or experienced the bug or anomaly, so asking there would be your best bet.

The login there is the same as your PreSonus "My Software" login.
