Yesterday I made a payment for a downloadable product (sample pack) via http://bigfishaudio.com and the payment went through with no problems, but I never got the download link for the product.
I immediately sent an email to the customer service reporting the problem, but they haven't responded yet - but I guess it's just because of the weekend?
Anyone dealt with bigfishaudio.com? What kind of company are they in terms of customer service? I mean do they respond emails how quickly or should I just call them?
Anyone bought anything from Bigfishaudio,com? How did it go?

I've never had any issues with them.
You should've had a link online after completing your purchase, even if you didn't recieve the email. Look here in the FAQ under How do Big Fish Audio downloads work?:

And yes, they are closed on the weekends IIRC. So you'll get a response from them tomorrow most likely, or you can call them then, of course.

I've bought from them many times over the past ten years and always found them to be good. I dealt with customer service once or twice and they were professional and friendly.
They're a major maker/distributor of sample libraries and loops, easily one of the largest, if not the largest in the industry.

+1 to what eDrummist said... Big Fish has been around for quite a while and they'll take care of you. Yes, they're closed on weekends, that's why you didn't hear back right away.
I've had the same issue a couple times where the link didn't appear in the email and didn't appear online either (faq notwithstanding) even though it was a download product and I was expecting a link. I forgot why they said this sometimes happens... something to do with the card.
Don't worry, I'm sure you'll hear back from them tomorrow. You can also try the 800 number that you got in your confirmation email. Last time I had this happen I called with my order number and they sent the email with the link right away - while I was still on the phone. If you do call, don't forget that they're in Cali, which is Pacific time.
