Hello fellow KVRers. I picked up a FaderMaster Professional used the other day and I'm having problems getting it going. I like to consider myself fairly good with MIDI interfaces but this thing has got me stumped. I have been looking around for the optional FaderMaster Pro Remote Software but I haven't been able to find it online.

I'm also looking for general usage tips. I have read through the manual but the unit I have doesn't seem to be acting correctly. I can't seem to unprotect the units memory.
This is a shout out to anyone with FaderMaster Pro. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
