I've been using Windows XP and Albino2 with Tracktion 2v. I've just upgraded to Windows 7 and Cubase 6. I also tried it with an older version of Cubase Studio 4 and experienced the same problem.
The factory presets load perfectly when Albino is activated in the Instruments panel, however, none of the presets saved in fxp/fxb format with Tracktion won't load when selected.
Any idea what could be causing this, and how I can fix it.
Thanks

If you save something from within Albino, it will load in Albino, no matter what platform etc, if you save from Tracktion it most probably will only load via tracktion, I guess

Hi Peter, thanks for your response.
Tracktion allows one to save their edited patches in fxp/fxb format, which I believe is Cubase native format.
All the patches I created with the Oddity open from my library file fine, so it must be a compatability problem somehow.
Guess I'll have to copy them manually while looking at the monitor of my old computer.
thanks again

Well, if you have them available at the old computer, why not saving from the Albino browser,
this should 100% do the job. Maybe previously create a "MyPatches" folder in the Albino Banks
folder an save them all there, so you know what to copy to the new system (and have them in
this one "bank"-folder then.
