i used to have my page with a dedicated 'shop' section, now it's more articles/bulletins..
i send out vst manually, shouldn't take more than 10 hours (if i'm sleeping). the full version has no copy protection, so i don't leae them online
if the email addy doesn't receive large attachments (occasionally) i'll temporarily upload the files.

Great. Got it yesterday and had a long session last night. It's a very fun tool and I see lots of use coming from it.
The only thing I wish is that the GUI was about 3 times bigger!! Please if there is anyway possible to make it larger.... that would make this plug a 10 out of 10.
Cheers.

This plugin is just brilliant. Saved me from buying a couple of more expensive and less interesting ones.

Yes, if there is one thing that I would wish to have changed, then it would be the size of the GUI. For my eyes and mousing ability, a somewhat larger GUI would be welcome. However, this in no way changes my opinion of the sounds ... just magic!spitboxer wrote:Great. Got it yesterday and had a long session last night. That's very cool. But I must chime in with a big +1 for the GUI size, it's small beyond usability, I literally had to stick my nose to the monitor to be able to operate controllers... Someone should do a magnifying glass vst wrapper, which would double size the gui in cases like this. There is no such tool, is it?

on xp it's programs > accessories > accessability > magnifier, i don't know how useful it is..
i posted a few slider size screenshots and asked for input when i was designing it, no one replied so i went with what looked better to me (sliders are 51 pixels wide which is nice for %-to-pixel). 101 pixels was too large for my monitor. i knew it would get to this point
i can't promise a larger gui at present - i inlined the code for this (loong document) so atm i'm glad to not be working on it, currently making music, and not thinking that tomorrow i'm going to be redoing all of that is sort of integral to my current artistic frame of mind
maybe i'll promise one later :p

I would apppreciate a 50% overall increase in size, also.
My cursor arrow currently covers three slider bars, and I REALLY have to lean-in to make sure I'm adjusting what I think I'm adjusting.
Aside from that, it's brilliant.

making the sliders 81 pixels wide isn't a bad width. they're currently 8 pixels (7 pix graphic and 1 separation) high. whereabouts would that be better, 10, 12, 16?
if i can get a few replies on this i'll know what i'm doing

I like the current aspect ratio of the sliders, so if the new width would be 81 pix, then I vote for 12 or 13 pix for the height.xoxos wrote:making the sliders 81 pixels wide isn't a bad width. they're currently 8 pixels (7 pix graphic and 1 separation) high. whereabouts would that be better, 10, 12, 16?

anyone else find 81 x 12 to be too small?
is the numeric font readable, does everything need to be larger?
also wondering.. people have said very nice things about this (thank you! glad to hear it!
) i haven't said much bcs i'm so glad to have it finished. it was difficult to patch.. some apps were obvious, for the primary intended function i'd imagine people would want to patch their own filters, panning.. so that was left blank on a lot of patches.
are you using it more for the general multitapness of it, or the ambient crossfading.. and if so, how are you finding patching it? i probably won't do something like this again for a while.. maybe next time we'll all be less concerned about cpu consumption and it will have a more adaptive, function driven architecture instead of inlining (not having 'if' statements to check the configuration).

It's hard to say what the right size should be without looking at it... Maybe we could get some screen prints of various sizes?
Someone said above, 50% larger, sounds about right to me.

this is a 150% enlargement, sliders ~76 x 12. any better?

Loving this plugin xoxos!!
I especially like the low quality sound that it produces, especially when using the pitch shifting option. Nice and grungy in a metallic sort of way. I would definately say that it is not easy on the eye when moving those little sliders so a GUI size increase would be a real benefit. The 150% increase looks good. Thanks again!!
