Update on my Sonar issue: I've gotten it to sorta work by inserting it as a synth with the MIDI output activated and Kirnu selected as the MIDI input of my target synth (i.e., RP Blue, in my case). For some reason it won't let me send MIDI to the target synth by just playing my keyboard - I have to send data from a MIDI clip. And, if I try playing my keyboard at all, then the MIDI clip also stops working, but I can get it working again by re-selecting Kirnu as the MIDI input on the target synth.

I've posted this on the Sonar X1 forum as well in the hopes that we can sort it out, or help ID any bugs/compatibility issues.

You have to enable both tracks to play it

By enabling i mean that you have to have click make sure that both the input echo icons are enabled.

I just make a donation! My opinion is that the plugin should not be free, think about it. The plugin Nexus (reFX) has the best arpeggiator, perhaps some functions serve as inspiration for the next update.

Thanks D-Fusion - I figured it was something obvious!

Man, this is one nice arp. The pattern sequencer is incredible - I'm creating some wild sequences sending the arp and some CC's to my external synths (esp. my FS1R). 7Aliens better look out.

I always mix up those things myself so you are not alone.

The worst thing is that i couldn't find enable midi out in X1 to begin with

X1 is like a new host where i have to figure where some of the functions are.

Oh. Yes i also would like to thank the developer of this amazing arp and i will Certainly donate on Monday when i get some funds

Wow, one of the best arps for free, thx a lot.

The CC things are brilliant. Was likely gonna buy this if it wasn't too pricey anyway so donation on the way.

Also kudos for another nice and intuitive GUI Limeflavour.

The second video demo (chords!) was just AWESOME!

Seriously, if you'd take the idea of the "old" ROZZER STEP MACHINE, and renew it as VSTi with some slight added features, I'd definitely get it. Then again, I didn't "mess" with your creation yet, so I only "saw" what's possible on the surface.

This will surely tag off ARPACHE 5 from Cubase. And no need to Q if this is a SE creation - Mac Port on the way, so it's all custom code.

Impressive for the first VSTi creation from you. And the GUI is by Limeflavour? Just beautiful.

Now I only need to take this one for a ride.

Great! One feature request: it would be really nice to be able to have "scenes" to use more than 32 steps, e.g. 8x32 or even 16x32, controllable with a knob with midi learn abilities. It shouldn't be too hard to implement. But again: it seems to be a fantastic tool.

Edit: and with copy / paste of course.
