Hi everybody,

I made some patches for YellowTools Independence Pro Sampler.
Thanks a lot to the KVR member rytmenpinne for great sampling work!!! He sampled Yamaha C5 GrandPiano, with released samples etc, very good sounding!

Pretty awesome piano. People might be a little confused by the inital file being a tarball though, but here's what can be used on windows to open those files (and pretty much everything else):

Too bad these aren't for Kontakt but I understand you probably used what you had.

I couldn't find the link for the Ind Pro patch, so I tried to use the sfz version.
It crashed Kontakt, sfz and Wusikstation can't load the samples.

The demo sounds good, but I can't use it.

EDIT:

I found the files and re-extracted the samples.
I have it working in Ind Pro.

This is a really nice piano.

AFAIK in indie free, there's a limited numbers of samples allowed in a single patch, that's the only limitation...

the yamaha dp sf2 loads fine in sfz here (in minihost)

as stated in this page,sample import in independence free is limited to 25 samples, so in the case i assume that no, unfortunately...

All GrandPiano (1,3 GB) and Rhodes Patches work very fine and load very, very quik in IndependencePro 3.

the Independence SalamanderGrand sound great with your demo. Thx.

I just compared it to Steinbergs "The Grand SE" Trialversion which is included in Cubase 6 and for my I prefer the sound of SalamanderGrand(Yamaha C5).

hi i just downloaded independence free and used translator pro to convert some exs instrumetns to ytil...can someone tell me where to place these files and audio files in order to have independence load them successfully....i am using fl studio 10
