bcr 2000:can't enter into the global setup

hi i've bought a bcr2000 controller
i want to get into the global setup menu
i hold "edit" button and i press store, but nothing happens: if i do this "on" appears on the display, if i do it again, "off" appears on the display.

i've tried different preset. i've restarted holding store+ edit , but "load" appears on the display
what can i do?

Hi, ten years after, I have the exact same problem. Did you find a solution ?
The edit store shortcut doesn't work, even after a fresh firmware install !

Weird thing - try holding Exit + Edit + Store.
