In the video I see a menu bar with a drop-down box and some buttons below the title bar. When I load the plug-in in Ableton I don't see it.

Also, how would you load/save presets?

When it comes to MIDI plugs reaper is THE HOST.

In Live you change presets below on the device tab (track view selector).
That's also where you can load/save your progs/banks.
This is pretty basic imo.

I have a Sampletank plugin in another track and both options are enabled and work fine.

Can anyone confirm Kirnu supports this feature in Ableton?

Update on my Sonar issue: I've gotten it to sorta work by inserting it as a synth with the MIDI output activated and Kirnu selected as the MIDI input of my target synth (i.e., RP Blue, in my case). For some reason it won't let me send MIDI to the target synth by just playing my keyboard - I have to send data from a MIDI clip. And, if I try playing my keyboard at all, then the MIDI clip also stops working, but I can get it working again by re-selecting Kirnu as the MIDI input on the target synth.

I've posted this on the Sonar X1 forum as well in the hopes that we can sort it out, or help ID any bugs/compatibility issues.

You have to create 2 tracks and enable Midi out from the arp (Kirnu).
Then select Kirnu as midi input on your next track where your vst synth is in.

Then enable input echo on both tracks and voila

so to sum it up.

1. track with Kirnu + midi out enabled from the synth rack.
1. Track with your vst instrument and select kirnu as midi input.

Then enable input echo on both tracks.

They have to be on different MIDI tracks. I wrote the steps down, but I'm at work now.

The steps are similar to what D-Fusion posted above. Also, there is a video for the Catanya arp in Ableton. I used this for reference for the Kirnu arp.

If your still having problems I'll post the exact sequence when I get home tonight.

On Cubase does this show up as a synthor a midi insert?
