I'm sure that there are great tales of customer service in there somewhere.... but after reading this thread, why anyone on KVR would willingly still go through with this is beyond me. I hope all of you who were brave enough to jump on this deal finally get things sorted.

Hello!

I bought the Christmas Special of Independancem Pro, but I don't have the 3.0 Update yet, because I got it yesterday and so I installed at first the 2.5.4 Version. I hope I will get my update soon.

So far the 2.5.4 seems to be working fine, but I always got an error massege when I choose Independance in my Cubase Plug-In window. It says: "hd_info not initialized". Does anybody know what it means and if this is fixed in the 3.0?

I updated the Independence PRO3. Previous versions of Independence to version 2.5.
I performed the installation instructions.
After activation of Independence 3 can not load sounds.
It appears the error: "The Product: The Sound Library, Independence is not yet activated in your computer. The Activation Is Required"

How to activate the library?
Or - How I made a mistake during installation?

You have ro go to your yellowtools-account and to register the library like you should have done with your previous version. then you can after restarting the tool generate your activation and response code for the library. Remember that you have to register the Independence Suite AND the library!

I just bought: "The Independence Suite 3.0 Software Update " (29,-EUR)

70 gigabytes library I have downloaded.
"Independence for E-License Sound Library"

You must buy this update?
"Independence for 2.5 Sound Library E-License Update. " (29-E)

So what's the difference between 2.5 and 3.0 for Independence...? That's what I don't get.

The 29 Euro Update, is an update. It isn't the entire sampler plus library. It is to update an earlier installation.

If you don't already own Ind Pro, there is nothing to update.

Independence Pro 3.0 update experiences, anyone?
