I have just tried the new TAL Reverb III v0.96, which seems pretty cool.
I have found a small bug I think. With both the dry and wet sliders on the CPU use hovers around 2.9% (in stereo mode, on my Core 2 Duo E6300 1.8 GHz). However, when I set the dry slider to -18.0000 dB the CPU use rises to 3.9%. One tick up (at -14.4697 dB) and the CPU use returns to 2.9%.

I think TAL hasn't learnt how to deal with the denormal problems yet...
Noisemaker uses a lot of CPU for a moment when the sound stops. It's the same problem with the reverb, but you can use GNormal from GVST series of plugins to address this in a reverb or any FX for that matter, but the synth hasn't got an input to let the noise come through it.
Basically, in all plugins, you never should let sound come to 0, just give it a little noise down at -300dB and that should do it.
Hell, I wouldn't care being it a noise signal at -100dB even... analogue equipment has noise around -60-70dB's.
Cheers!
