I'm curious too but haven't seen any videos yet. It's too expensive to just try it out myself and reading this from someone who claims to be the developer doesn't sound confident:
"For now the functionality is still kind of basic but the original concept will be more and more implemented in future updates and releases"

Kraftwerk also used a Stylaphone to make music, as did David Bowie. In the rights hands, anything can sound good.

I've had a quick play with it and it does seem a bit strange, it's a kind of multi-kit 16x16 trigger grid with mutation type stuff, and a mixer with echo/verb/tempo settings.
My first interesting observation is that the whole thing behaves like tape - everything is pitched down when the tempo is dropped.. It's kind of interesting.. and although I feel limitations, I can't really say where! So it's rather difficult to tell what the future actually is.. I'll keep checking though. I can't imagine they'd give up or anything, though I am aware of their propensity to take time over their products.

Ok, I'm a Kraftwerk fanboy so I purchased the thing. I don't think it's worth the money in it's current state but it is a funny toy. I experimented a bit with it and ended up with this:
