I think it's an analog vs. digital thing.
Ken is taking measurements of Old Milwaukee hardware for his New Milwaukee software models.

BTW, these are going to be FREE models, right Ken?

one makes you puke and the other makes you barf
The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

 rotf!!!!!!!!1111!one!

Now that you've "gone there" I'll be the normal little devil I am and ask when is your new stuff coming/x64/built in zippo/automatic guitar-god thingamajig coming???? :D :hihi:

Hibidy, Is that question for me, or Brian?
It was me being a PITA toward you about headcase. I don't seem to be very good at making jokes
You have never been a PITA Hibidy, I always look forward to reading what you have to say. Anyways, even though this is an IK thread, I'll answer anyways, sorry Brian, Hope you don't mind...

Head Case is an absolutely Mammoth development, everything from interface preset scripting to filter and tube selection. The remaining piece of the design puzzle was put together last week, that is how is the user going to distribute the heads they create? So we taught an old dog some new tricks and encapsulated all the head parameters and graphics inside a JPEG image.
Image
The above image contains all the parameters and graphics needed to install a head in Head case. So after you have built your head, you select 'distribute' and a file like the above is created using a screenshot of your head. The creator is then free to distribute it.

To install the head you simply right click the image and select 'Save image as..' Then when it is on your system you drag and drop the image into the 'Head Case' icon. Head case installs it and it works like any other head in the suite..

You can add to the image as well. So if there are any other files you want to include you can also add them. For entire head libraries, we'll be adding animated GIF support where each head included in the library has its own frame..
So, I expect to have that out to our pre-purchase members a early as tomorrow. I had an issue with the WSH not closing file handles while using the File System Object, so that cost me a couple days. What you can do in some areas of the program is attach a script to run after certain events. One of those events was 'after save'. So what that does is after a file is saved to disk it runs a script of your choice and passes the filename and the my documents folder to it as arguments. This is where we ran into the file handle issue.

Anyways, hope that answered your question Hibidy, now I gonna go back OT before I get a kick in the nuts..HAHA

Sorry for the deviation guys

Brian..Free beer...Not a chance...:)
Free amp sims..Sure why not? Speaking of free amp sims...Are yougoing to be giving away anything free with your custom shop? I think you guys will do well with that. I'm looking forward to seeing it...

Here's a soundclip featuring an all new model to be available when the Custom Shop goes live...

Here's a hint: it is a stompbox
Here's another hint: it has not been mentioned AT ALL prior to now.
And here's a final Hint: It is from one of our new strategic partners!

Which one?
Any guesses? :D

It's a SD pedal or a trex pedal and I don't know enough about which ones to say for sure. Sounds nice but when the bars on the wav look nearly solid black I'm thinking something else was used as well. :D

And why no x64 yet :hihi:
