would be nice to see some of these iOS instruments/sequencers output audio via AirPlay For quick real world reality checks around the house, or even when out and about in AirPlay enabled environments

Good idea, I bet some of them add such a feature....

AirPlay introduces 3-4 seconds latency, I think it will not be suitable for real time apps.

Still it's great idea as additional output. I have researched and for now it's not possible to output main + AirPlay at the same time under iOS.

What about iOS Airplay?
