It is important with opinions. I like the general feel of the piece, with a lot of space and attempting to get into the deeper mind however this one never gets off the ground for me. The intro area is too long without much excitement. By excitement I don't mean EXCITEMENT. I mean something to get me reading/listening further to the musical story. I don't even listen to the mix elements until I hear a composition element I can get into. I want to get into it and I think I hear the minimalism you are going for but I can't really stay on while listening. Some parts repeat too often without much to keep me wishing they would repeat. Keep at it though because I like the direction for certain. Best advice is to walk away from this for a few days and come back to it later, listen again and see then if this holds YOUR attention from beginning to end first. Best of luck to you

...for me, instead of the dramatic, I found the piece lightly humorous.

Good points. I understand what you mean by "excitement", not as is in roller coaster excitement. I think the piece could also be much better organized. I'll most likely give it an overhaul this weekend. Thanks a bunch for the input :)
