Interesting. We will see who was helpful. You listened to a song and said "yup, it's quiet." I did not listen to the song (athought I downloaded it and tried to play it but no player was found despite the fact that I have WMP, Zune, and iTunes), but instead applied direct knowledge of the product he was talking about as well as some general knowledge of MIDI and gave him specific advice on how to fix the problem.
Ultimately, I think synchronizer will respond saying that my suggestions fixed his problem and now a product that he paid $99 for, which he wasn't really able to use, is not useful to him.

It could be that IKM surprised audioMIDI and rushed their sale in despite previous arrangements, so this is the best they could do under the circumstance.

But despite the cheap price and very nice IK effects I regret buying this. Not only do I find that a lot of free sf2 and sfz's I've collected have better sound despite any lack of playability, but had I saved the $15 here and the 5, 10 and the other there, I would have enough for something much more usable like f.i. the upcoming Valhalla Room for $50 bit further down.
The sound is one thing, but it sucks serious CPU and the GUI is so tiresome with the tiny browser and endless triangle subfolders with no mousewheel working that I find myself hestiating to use it because of that.
The even better deal $5 Dimension LE with Garritan Pocket Orchestra might not have the sound and effects, but just the welcoming browser makes me use it more. Usability really matters.
