Checked out the demo today, really convincing stuff Sean, and so tweakable. Ran all sorts of natural instruments through it, works great on Brass, Woodwinds, basically anything you throw at it. I guess I'm sold, Aether and Sonnox Reverb will get a bit less studio work in the future, CSR will go out the window and my old EMT 245 will finally go to the museum downstairs

This is excruciating news, Sean. I warned you what would happen without a Windows release by today:

We toppled them, Sean. Don't make us send another message. Click the VS button now. P-P-Please....VRooooooooooom.I don't care if this was offensive - take off, eh. I must have Win VRoom by Friday or the Canadian government will fall. Don't make us Winderkind topple another oppressive regime.

I went to a forum today that I almost never go to. And someone asked me about when the Windows version is coming out.mandolarian wrote: We toppled them, Sean. Don't make us send another message. Click the VS button now. P-P-Please....VRooooooooooom.
THERE...IS...NO...SANCTUARY.......
Anyway, I'm working on it.

Great news! Need help? Do you like coding in front of an audience? We can send a crack team of know-nothing WinVangelists over to your place to fetch coffee, watch the kids, cut the grass, wash the car and stare blankly, drooling over your shoulder at the shiny screen.

Yes, Ironflippy, [Wave Vroom] now that's what I'm talkin about.
p.s. wav is too large to stream for most people, so play button no work.

Downloaded the demo and liked it very much!
It's on my buy list now. Great stuff!
Does the license give me both the AU and VST versions, that is
can I run the plug both on my mac and my PC at the same time? I'd love to have this plug both in Logic and in FL Studio.

Yes, you can run AU, VST, RTAS, on both Mac and PC, at the same time, on whatever computers you own and are in your personal control.Does the license give me both the AU and VST versions, that is

NOTE: no PC version yet. I'm still working on it.

When I was a child, I grew up next to a wooded plot of land that had a sign up saying "Future Home of Campeau Research Park." Nothing was built there for years, and it was the home of a number of coyotes. Around 1985, some of the trees were cleared, and the first buildings of the new Microsoft campus were built.mandolarian wrote:The new working? So, how's the Windows port of ValhallaRoom going?
Let's just say that I look forward to the day when the coyotes return.

Don't despair - it's what makes cross platform development so - so rewarding. No, that's not it. It's the challenge? No, that's not it either. It's the....the money!
Nope. That's not it. It's that world needs more VRoooooom. Call or write if you need Winders beta testers. Spent many years doing just that for the evil empire. For money, not just as a customer.

Wow this is very clean and it is so light on CPU. So far, I love what I hear, but I need to spend some more time playing with this. I was not looking for another reverb, but this looks to be extremely useful... and again, the CPU usage is barely noticeable.
