You will not get much use out of "sound bites" with guitar stuff, too many variables involved, starting with the player.
This is not synth presets ...

Check out the millions of tubescreamer clips on youtube, they don't sound anything alike.

Nice one Hink, Glad it was an smooth build mate. It is a box you will never want to be without once you have got it before your amp :)

Good effort hink

I've also got a Landgraff clone, the toggle adds a lot of versatility.

Tonepad is a good place for boards as well, although GGG is certainly excellent

and runoffgroove have some excellent original projects if you want to take the next step and build on perfboard

Have you checked with Whyterabbyt? I'm sure he's posted a ton of stuff here before.

A good friend and myself build our own stuff often vurt (Well i am R&D, Ears even god help everyone QC  ) and He is more the electronics wizard, I can send you some links to places but the one we go with is BYOC (build your own clone) but also meddle with things to get more than a clone. Components wise and housings for the builds are cheap. I will just link you to that one as i am sure others are easily findable, You will not make profits off the kits really (presuming you are thinking of doing that) but you can if you build from scratch but it takes a little longer :)

Hope that is useful to you mate
