I ordered it yesterday, and got only a confirmation for my order back..

Same here - my order status is unprocessed, and my electronic serial delivery hasn't shipped.

I guess its taking a while to sort this one out ...

Have you looked in your IK Multimedia account at their website for the serial number.

Three days and the order is still unprocessed. Then they don't answer to mails. Seems that they're hiding away..

Anyway its good to know I'm not the only one waiting for the serial, hope we get them soon.

Hmm - just noticed that the link provided in the email about the upgrade has changed. It now says;

"A special discounted Miroslav Crossgrade Edition for IK Multimedia Miroslav Philharmonik Classik Edition No-Brainer buyers ONLY, available as a physical box ONLY."

It was definitely electronic delivery before, and I certainly don't want to pay shipping costs to the UK ...

No I don't think so, I ordered it as "Electronic Delivery - Serial Number Only". Check out your audiomidiaccount and the order discription.

At least, audiomidi should answer Mails, and tell us what going on..

Indeed - my order says electronic delivery too - but I'm pretty sure that notice on the upgrade page also said "electronic delivery", as I wouldn't have considered it, if it involved shipping.

Something has obviously changed, and it seems odd that nothing has been delivered yet ...

Did you tried to cantact audiomidi? I wrote an email Monday, and didn't get any reply yet.

Ok, I can see I didn't give enough detail in my previous post.

I called Audiomidi on 4/19/2011 and was informed that after the ad for the no-brainer was already posted, Ikmultimedia required Audiomidi to ship the product - NO Electronic delivery of Serial number. They had 60 in stock which were all sold and will be getting more Physical product today or tomorrow to ship out.

That's a a bit of a weird situation - although it saves me having to try and download all of that data - you'd have thought that they'd email us all and tell us to wait for snail mail delivery?
