Most of the actual user interface is just stock Synthmaker knobs and module backgrounds which is a bit dissapointing to me. The photograph looks nice though! Whoever is making it (you?) should make more custom knobs and module backgrounds then it would look much better IMO.bob bobwood wrote:My Latest Favourite GUI, USINE boxhole 346 v2

Feel free to comment but please include a GUI in you post!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
An oldie but a goodie!
these IMO are a perfect examples (infact all ohm-guis) of what a _bad_ gui is, in terms of usability and look. perfect example of a lice look and for sure artistic work, than in my case still leads to the fact that i cannot use these plugins - they really get on my nerves/eyes in a bad way after a short while when using them. this is no bashing, please don't take it that way, i'm just trying to point out that a gui has to be way more than pure artistic work - it has to serve a function...
btw, imo one of the best guis ever is actually from an eq plugin that also sounds extremely good to me:

while _not_ an image line fan per se, i'm really extremely hooked on how this plugin is on the eyes, as well as how precise you can use it and how easy it is to keep complete control of what you're doing. this to me is one of the best gui designs ever (for non-photorealistic approaches, that is). and, if i may add, i was stunned by how good it sounds. my goto eq.

Ohm crazy GUIs are by far my favourite, especially the one I made for them:

I would buy that plug even though it's possibly not the most politically correct I've seen!
