Ah, no, you're right, this doesn't work. Thank you for pointing it out, I'll check what happens.

OK Jens, I found why.

When importing presets, Zen will ignore the import request in the following cases:
- A duplicate is found (same preset data, with possibly a different name)
- or a preset with the same name exists, and the last import was done a few ms ago.

The 2nd test is to avoid constant popups in autoimport, with plugins that will notify the host multiple times when changing presets.

Unfortunately (and surprisingly) asHost doesn't support the getTimeInfo function, which is used to query the current time. Because of this (it returns 0 for the samplePos field), Zen thinks it is a double import, and silently ignores.

I will fix this in the next release - I'll get the time directly from the OS instead of asking the host.

Ah, great that you already found it! Thanks for looking into it so quickly! :D

So for now the workaround for me is to find a host which supports thid parameter? I've got like ten or so installed, so that should do it for the moment. :D

PodiumFree does the trick for me! :D

I'll file a bug-report for Reaper. Chances are they'll fix it quickly.

It's asHost ! Don't know about Reaper...

Reaper is the host I initially noticed the problem with - after that I tried eXT.

I'm not an asHost user and only downloaded and tried it after you mentioned it.

Besides Podium at least VSThost/SAVIHost also work, but strangely enough switching slots is significantly slower within the latter ones, which is a real bummer, because otherwise - as I just realized - VSTHost would be an ideal companion to Zen (regarding live-usage).

Try clicking on the little green button on the right-top corner ... maybe that would work ...

Yes, it works! Thanks, Asseca!

Unfortunately asHost crashes here when I attempt to load .fxb for Zen.
