Hi guys,
I was wondering the theory behind this song.
The main riff is C major chord but the rest of the song uses chords like Eb major, D minor and F7.
I don't think is considered a modulation, right?
Is there a scale I could use to harmonize this entire song or do I need to use two different scales, one when it plays the riff and for the rest of the song?
Thanks.
What's the theory behind this song?

In rock you can easily subsitue a minor third for a major one.
The main riff is not a progreesion in as much it is a vamp. The riff is formed off of a C Doriam mode using double stops.
