The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Gorgeous. I have one of those Bigsby's on my 70's Ibanez 3-pickup Les Paul Custom, in fact it looks very similar to this guitar only with chrome and humbuckers. The three chrome humbuckers + chrome bridge-mounted Bigsby are a sight against the black body.

A Custom with chrome hardware ...
Gold only looks good when it's brand new or completely worn off imho.
Wish I could adjust to 3 PUs on a Gibson, I could imagine some cool combinations, unfortunately they mess with my picking hand.

yeah, that's the number one reason I sold off the "indo ibby" At first, the middle pup didn't seem to get in my way......I guess it was the newness of it

Not the newness, the polepieces ! :hihi:
On a Fender a hotter PU screwed down to pickguard level does the trick nicely, on a Gibson only the "screwed" part applies. :x

I broke a string and my hig E at that (was tuned to EAEACE) fut the whack is up with that? It's been ages since I broke a string (I can't even remember when), let alone my highest string. Even worse it was on my Warmoth which just recently got a full makeover including strings and that cool stratoblaster pre I built....which of course in turn does explain why I was trying to bend the string all the way to my next guitar :hihi:

I did something I never did before, I treid the autojam on samplitude...in fact it is really a lame thing with just a few preset patterns (I dont think you can even change the key) but I had fun with one...these would be good for making demos of amps, sims and such...next time I should just hit 'loop record'

I'm not sure if I want to build another stratoblaster for my new ESP with EMGs, put my last EMG PA-2 in that guitar or just put a second battery in it. Typically when faced with these questions I got with 'D' all of the above* :help:

That was the next guitar closest to me so I picked that up for another hour but it's tuned one whole step lower and going from the Warmoth with EMGs and the stratoblaster to just EMGs felt a little weak at first. A quick switch from diodes lifted on my TS pedal to LEDs and a little tweak solved that in a hurry but the guitar needs a boost (and my stereo mod soon).

*I can do that now that I moved, across the river we were near where they land life flight choppers and th FAA called and said my guitars were jamming their signals :hihi:
