Need some help figuring out chords

Hey guys, I'm new to chords and music theory in general. Could somebody tell me what notes/chords are played in this lead sequence? I'd appreciate it.

I hear just two notes in parallel, which is not enough to name chords.

Top line: | G  A   G | D  D  B  B  A  |
Bottom:   | E  F#  E | B  B  G  G  F# |

I wrote it down in E (it's in minor scale) but I think the original was in F. That would mean I had to write a lot of flat notes, which I rather not do for simplicity.
