Harms has coded the instruments with the Korg SynthKit development tool which was also used to create the original Oasys synths and also Z1, Prophecy etc. algorithms AFAIK.

Now that Korg has entered the VSTi world, things might get interesting. If they sell enough, I wouldn't be surprised if Korg started producing acoustic modelling VSTi's as well...

You can't make VSTi's from the SynthKit that is available to the Oasys users, though.

It's about the commercially adapted physical modeling synthesis with the yamaha VL1, VL1m, VP1, VL70m, korg Z1,Prophecy, Oasys, Wavedrum, Technics WSA1& WSA1r, Wavedrum, Oasys...with some patches, manuals, tips, demos to compare, tools & editors.
It is in french for the moment, but there is a little translation tool

Does anyone know if you can use the PLGVL daughter board with Terratec's DMXfire card (which apparently can support Yamaha daughterboards but I'm not sure which) or does it only work with the Yamaha one?
