I purchased and downloaded the instrument yesterday. I installed just like another Hollowsun instrument for which I have no problems. Kontact reports an unknown problem when I try to bring up the instrument.

Before doing anything else, I wanted to download a fresh copy and resinstall in case I got a corrupted file due to transmission errors. But I can't see any way to do that on the web site, or to even log in. Any advice? Thanks.

This error message?

The RMI requires Kontakt 4.2.2.

You must have that - even K4.2.1 will throw up that error message.

Kontakt 4.2.3 is now available as an update on the NI site.

Yes, indeed. You need Kontakt 4.2.2., it was clearly stated at the Hollow Sun website.

Yep, that's the one. I guess I must still be on 4.2.1. Thanks for getting me straightened out.
