Very interesting... the esoundz server had been down for much of the day. Now that it's up, it still lets you add the "Hot Buy Group Buy" items to your cart.

But I have no idea if the sale would actually go through - and more importantly whether you'd still get the group buy bonuses if you tried it.

This morning I had the 4 links for my bonus downloads (no serial, thou). Now that the server is back, I have no links, no serial, and in "my orders" sections, it appears as if I never placed an order....

Edit: Now even my epointz are gone!!!!!!

We had some maintenance done on the site and had to revert to a back up from yesterday temporarily. So anything from 5:30 pm EST to this morning may have to have support put back in your account which we'll do tomorrow. Sorry about that. This has never happened before but we had to do these updates and we encountered a problem. That's why the site was down most of the day (not fun). In any case, not to worry as you won't lose anything. The group buy and Hot Buy promo IS over though so that's going to be correct momentarily. Sorry for the confusion. Hang tight we'll get it all sorted.

mmmmm....yes, it's hell when this things happen to your server. And not fun for me either, specially when this is my first experience with you guys - I would have loved to spend this day downloading my new aquired sound toys. As a vote of confidence, it was my first time for the Group Buy(GB)....yes there were hassles and confusion along the way and took me about 4 days to download everything....but kudos goes to the technical support and support from fellow users on this site.

I've appreciated the help greatly.

I know it's no fun waiting.....but hang in there! Now that I've got the new software, my head is dizzy with all the possibilities!!!!

Is there something wrong with the downloadablesoundz-site?
I can't find the GB-bonus instruments
even if I copy the name of the expansions from the esoundz-site
in the searchbox of the downloadablesoundz-site it's not found
only the ReTank loops are available.

Just go to the download section of your esoundz(!) account and click on one of the links for the bonus libraries.
That will direct you to a page from downloadablesoundz with a "Redeem" button. After clicking that button there will be a list of all available bonus libraries. Choose one of them and click "buy". Afterwards you can download the library from your downloadablesoundz account... btw, you're not the only one who is a bit confused about hat

However, esoundz must still be in the process of being updated (see Squids' post earlier in this thread) as the bonuses are not showing on my account, nor is my epointz correct. So you may have to wait a bit -- but patience will be rewarded.
