hola, mis amigos...
after 30 some-odd years, my old ludwig phase II synth came back to me, after being lost since about 1978 or so. been in my old drummer's garage since about 1980, and was in sad state...had to do a lot of repairs and restoration, even had to fabricate some of the missing parts. but it's now fully functional, tho possibly in need of a wee bit of tweaking.
this is a typical pink jimi lame-ass video, and barely shows a drop in the bucket of this device's possibilities.
this is one of somewhere between 200-500 built, one of perhaps 50 left in existence, and one of the rarest effects on the planet. and yes, it was made by ludwig, the drum company!!! go figure!!
anyways...here ya go...diggit:
a video demo of the legendary ludwig phase II synthesizer

Interesting little thing innit?
Did you keep a log of what you did to restore the thing?
I think that it would be a nice thing to see people keep a little log of the things they did to restore/fix up/repair their effects racks and such...comes in handy for others to follow up on....
Liked the video as well...looks a lot better than some of the things I've tried lately...

Thanks for the share!
Cool tones chap.
I see I have a ways to go to sound so wild with my auto-filter plug.
