When I load Zen now, all of the columns are completely empty. I'm not sure what triggered this. Before, it was that the columns would only be empty after I had tried to choose tags. I uninstalled/reinstalled it (incidentally, it would e nice if there was an option to keep your preset library intact when uninstalling). Now, it comes up and...all the columns are blank. Not sure what's going on here.

Yes, it's still downloading presets. Currently is says I have 12900.

Yes that's super weird (and the "downloading preset []" in the lower left, is very strange). Can you send me your zen.db file ?

Can't locate a file by that name, even with a system scan...Hmm.

sorry it is zen.s3db, and it is located in C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Big Tick\zen
