Hi everyone,

the official release of this sound set is very close now. It took some time as the people at Waldorf are working on different projects at the moment including the Betetest for the upcoming Lector.

Yesterday i got the preview version of the Waldorf Online Shop entry and it looked OK. There will also be several Audio demos available including the two from Steve Porter. If everything runs as expected the sound set should be available during the next week. The price will be 30 Euros like the other sound sets in the Waldorf Online Shop.

I also got an email from Wolfgang Palm (the inventor of the PPG synths) today who seems to be very pleased about this sound set. He told he really likes most of the sounds in this.

I'll start a new thread when the official release is done.

I don't find the bank on the Waldorf web site. Why ?

Hi,

many thanks for your interest.

The bank is not officially released yet. Like mentioned in my last post i'll start a new thread as soon as it's released.

The people at Waldorf are very busy at the moment so there is a short delay. Besides this from my side there was a short delay regarding the demos for all 128 presets. Those took more time than expected and i was involved in some other things too.

I am quite sure it will be released next week. Thanks for your patience.

hi ingo, any news on the release date of your soundbank or when lector will be available in the waldorf shop? i got an email from waldorf support that lector should be available at the end of this week but nothing so far.

Hi,

while working on several other projects (including betatest/presets for Hamburg-Audio Nuklear and finishing a bank for the Moog Slim Phatty) i just recognized that the final release is still not done. I'll try to care about it as fast as possible. Sorry about the incovenience. I am still quite new to commercial soundbanks (besides doing free and factory banks) and i found i really have to learn to finish one project completely...

Now that Lector is finished the people at Waldorf will hopefully find time to care about this. I have to admit that sometimes communication with Waldorf is abit slow, especially while they develop new products.

About Lector: I thought it will be available this week but i'll ask again when i contact them about my soundbank.
