Haven't had a chance to go through this 20 page thread... But how do I get my copy of MixControl? I just purchased something yesterday, and haven't received a license. Anything special I need to do?

Hi there, your copy was added to your DNR online account just a few hours after your purchase. You can login to your account with the URL and password located in the "welcome" e-mail automatically sent out by our servers.Monib wrote:Haven't had a chance to go through this 20 page thread... Thanks for the bonanza, I'm in. Not only do organic compounds and mixcontrol sound great, but I like your positive attitude

A question about text-entry came up while going over the current spec and I thought I'd approach users about this one also: how immportant is it to you?

Fundamental when there's no fine control. Still useful when the knobs are precise enough.
While we're at it... I don't know what other users may think, but in my opinion would be great to have the KNEE control in db rather than percentage.
EDIT: I think I will HAVE to buy Organic Compounds, although I already have MC

The knee control label is a good idea, I know Reason had actually mentioned that as well, so good call on that one.
Keep in mind that the samples included are NOT processed by normalization or compression, so they are very dynamic and do not resemble the sounds included in Ammunition for instance (which we've just updated to v1.5 btw).Amon1973 wrote:EDIT: I think I will HAVE to buy Organic Compounds, although I already have MC

OK, let me get this straight: I already have a license for MixControl (classic) from beta-testing. But to get this no-brainer deal for the new MixControl, I need to buy one of these sound sets?

No, if you were a beta-tester, Reason recorded it in a database for us, and you can get the new version upgrade for free. Just shoot us a message to support(at)teamdnr(dot)net and we'll get you all setup.bduffy wrote:OK, let me get this straight: I already have a license for MixControl (classic) from beta-testing. I remember reading that the old company had given away too much, and it wasn't going to work out like that. But I haven't checked in on that topic in awhile. Anyway, that's great news, thanks! (hope I can find license...)
