Yea I did a support notice thing about it, but I seriously doubt they'll change it unless enough people annoy them about it.

Thanks to those of you who have already upgraded to or bought impOSCar2.

PayPal. We accept it. And we fully understand the current arrangement is far from ideal.

But we are integrating PayPal into our website but, for a number of reasons that are not pertinent for discussion here, it will not be immediately accessible as a payment method until September 1st 2011.

I also bough Imposcar second hand (just last week!) and my account lists the upgrade at 59euro...

Just the synth itself is priced pretty well I thought.

The controller 749 gpb will not work on its own. It is a hybrid just like Maschine or Spark. You need the Imposcar software for it to work or it has midi learn feature to use as controller for any other piece of software. On the back panel is a usb to send /receive from your lappie with the 139 euro software and just add your keyboard using the midi connection also on the rear panel.

Yes the craftsmanship and build quality is excellent but who will put just the controller over a dsi mopho synth or a moog slim or lil phatty .

The average muso will choose value for money. The ones where money is no object will choose something more boutique or a limited run hardware.

I'm just saying the marketting could be done a little better.

In an ideal world I would. But you probably would be gobsmacked by how many people that would confuse

and yes, after soooooo long time it should be 64 bit

i bought imposcar very long time ago (this was my very first plugIn).

i had to pay 19.99 euro to get the universal binary update, now i should pay 59 euro and i think i have to pay again for the 64 bit update which possibly comes in 10 years
