What do you mean "not real-time"?
It's an EQ on which you can view the frequency response of multiple tracks. All that in real-time of course.

Dont you take a snapshot of one tracks curve and then import that into another instance of GlissEQ?
ie, the curve is locked to whenever the snapshot was taken.

No, it doesn't take a snapshot. It keeps updating in real time, showing you the responses of the selected tracks using different colors. Try the demo and see for yourself.

The Blue Cat stuff is very nice and there is a cheaper (i.e., free) option: FreqAnalyst (free)

...you can use the opacity management feature to make the plug-in window transparent and see what is behind:...This feature is also particularly useful when you want to compare the spectrum of two tracks: just stack your two FreqAnalyst windows and see the difference!
