I just purchased... Anyone else having problem downloading the iLok for Mac dmg? Bit frustrating as I want to start tweaking and thats not poss in Demo mode:(

Update: The eLicencer version downloads but NOT the iLok version... AAaaaaargh!!!!

I'm back tomorrow evening and will check it.

Regarding Simon's bank, I will check it with him. It is an easy fix to do.
I forgot to contact him before uploading this version.

Hello Xavier,

i got a new version from Simon which works with v0.95 and he also sent another email which looks like it's been sent to all customers.
Anyway it could make sense to contact Simon just to be sure.

Any news on the iLok Mac dmg download? I tried again but still no luck... Safari/Chrome/Firefox all choke after 8mb???

Hello Xavier,

there seems to be some problem with the display of CPU use in Ableton Live 8.
I used for example one of the presets from Simons commercial bank called "ARP Stereo Taps" and with 3 notes this could max out the CPU display in Ableton Live and produce drop outs of the sound. Strange thing is that the CPU dipslay at Windows itself stays at around 30% or lower. Does Synthix not correctly support multicore CPUs?

Infos about my system:

- CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6600 (4 x 2.4 GHz)
- 4 GB RAM
- audio interface: Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 DSP (buffer: 512 samples, driver: Saffire MixControl v2.2))
- OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit SP1
- DAW: Ableton Live 8.2.2
- Synthix: v0.9.5 (eLicenser version)

UPDATE:
I just tested the same preset with Reaper v3.76. The CPU display shows only around 21-23% for the same preset and with 3 notes but i get the same drop-outs and crackles as with Ableton Live 8. For 1 or 2 notes or with several other presets the sound is OK in both cases.

The latest 0.95 ilok installer (OS X) appears to be faulty and will not mount.

Hi LtZ, do you think "(s)he" was necessary in your phrase? You could have used "he" without problem. I do recommend you to see some The Big Bang Theory episodes

Hi Ingo,

I will have a look with this preset.
There are no reason it can't manage multicore systems (the GUI thread is separate from the audio thread and are managed by the application)

You can reduce or increase the GUI refreshing rate : "option->display->GUI update: low"

Hello there,

with the latest beta, is the "Kelvin Ford" issue

considered to be fixed ?
I think I've read that the version fixes some import/export bug - not sure, if
it relates to above issue.
(Wrong infos in the Preset Information window).

Still not working correctly on my system (Win Vista).
Also with Brick's bank most presets show up in the Init Categorie
(when sortet by bank > type), maybe related to this issue.
