I'm looking for a parametric and visual EQ vst where I can manipulate the bands on a graph. What's the best free or moderately priced EQ that can do this? Thanks!

IIEQPro is your best option:

TeamDNR MixControl.
Bought it mainly for it's EQ section.

Wow quick responses! Out of IIEQ Pro and TB Equalizer, which is the better option. Which has the lowest CPU load?

IIEQPro is more versatile. It has more filters, better CPU load and it also has an auto-listen feature. Very easy to use (and its analog peak band just works).

Get the demo and try it for yourself :)

Melda Production do a range of EQs. There's one that comes as part of the free bundle that can be upgraded for $42: http://www.meldaproduction.com/freevstp ... alizer.php
and then one single EQ that comes in at $42: http://www.meldaproduction.com/mfreeformequalizer/

I've got the free EQ and upgraded for oversampling plus resizable UI. Haven't tried the other EQ but would imagine that it is of similar quality - flexible and clean sounding.

Apart of MeldaProduction, I can still recommend Aixcoustic ElectriQ (also the Poshifopit edition, which is the freeware full working "demo" for ElectriQ full version). It's fair priced, has tons of filter modes, but is a bit outdated (not the fault from the programmer!).

Granted, it's close to your price limit, but it's definitely worth it.

Save a few more pennies and get Pro-Q - It's my most used plugin by a MILE!
So fast to use and such a nice sound - at least demo it and try not to fall in love!

Save a few more pennies (£99.99) and buy equality. Next update will reduce CPU usage A LOT! Also there is coming alertanive gui. Best EQ out there.

Save all the Pennies and get ReaEQ.
(Scroll down a little.)
You can hide the tabs with the sliders at the bottom, so the frequency display gets a little more usable.

That's a great one to start with. You can always demo the others for a future choice.

Both DMG (Equality) & Pro-Q (FabFilter) are great vst's/ company's & worth checking out.
