showing GUIs on startup?

I'd like two of the plugin GUIs to open when I start Cantabile (or load the session).

I see config items that look related:

General: Load window layout from session -- works but only when I open the GUI by clicking the Edit button.

Plugin Options: Automatically open plugin editor when loading plugins -- this seems to only govern what happens when manually adding a plugin, which is reasonable.

There is a space where GUI editors can appear in the Cantabile window, but evidently only one at a time, and in a limited region -- this seems useless.

I'd like to be able to see NIB4 drawbar settins & etc, or switch TruePianos pianos by using the TP GUI (normally I'd leave it alone; otherwise I'd set it up to select from the MIDI keyboard).

It's a bit hidden but there...

Click on the title bar of an open plugin editor window. There you get a context menu where you can choose "open on load".

When you save and load this session later again, the plugin windows should instantly open.
