We've listened to a lot of user requests, and we've revamped the IK Webstore and Custom Shop. Check it out, and thanks for the suggestions.
All I wanted was the Shape Shifter, and to use my Jam points. After seeing my jam points deducted I was fairly certain my shape shifter went through. But I just bought the Power Grid not knowing the Custom Shop wouldn't give me the option of using my jam points and now I have only 5 credits left and can't get what I originally wanted.
This system needs work.
hibidy, buy me a beer.

Thanks ObiK, I will. I finally had time to fill out a ticket - which is an incredible hassle given your site recognizes me and what I have registered.ObiK wrote:Definitely keep us updated on this. But I apparently messed up the first time I used the custom shop, so it's my fault. I was frustrated when it happened, and we'll just see...

Jet City is not too far away, depending on which coast you live on.
