OPening chords in this 808 State classic

It's Qmart, featuring Bjork. I have always loved the opening warm pad chords, but wondered what they are?
Any ideas?

yes special stuff.one of their techniques was to sample chords. Particularly Maj 7

It was indeed. I have a Juno 106 and recreated the Pacific chord sound...sampled a Maj7 and then reinterpreted Pacific State.
This particular chord in Qmart sounds more akin to a min7 to me...but I'm just curious about what others think.
